Thank you for choosing and placing your faith in Vault Cards TCG. We strive to constantly deliver excellence and improvements to our clients' cards. As part of our commitment to transparency and effective communication, we have implemented the following no-refund policy, effective immediately. Please read through these terms before making an appointment to engage our service.

1. Confirmation. 
Once you engage our service (payment made), it will be considered a project confirmation. By confirming us taking up your project, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this no-refund polocy.

2. Non-refundable service.
All projects taken up are non-refundable, regardless of whether commencement has taken place. This is to safeguard the interests of our other clients', who go through the same wait times as you do, to enjoy this quality service. Once payment has been made and project has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, buyer remorse.

3. Modification policy.
All projects taken up will not be modifiable or swappable, subject to availability and any other unspecified constraints. Any addition of services will be communicated across to the client, including any potential additional charges (if specified). 

4. Force Majeure 
Vault Cards TCG will not be held responsible for any failure to provide accommodation or reasonable consideration to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or any other events that may or may not impact the process and efficiency of this particular set of services. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

5. Forced Cancellation
In the event of the client insisting on forced cancelation of the project once it has been confirmed, the card(s) will be returned to the client immediately, regardless of whether it is waiting to be worked on, is currently being worked on, or has been worked on, and no refunds and/or compensation will be provided.

Vault Cards TCG provides card restoration and cleaning services, and reserves the right to refuse any refund requests or the like, once the terms of our services have been agreed upon with the client. Any refund/cancellation request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Vault Cards TCG reserves the right to amend these terms at any given time, without any given warning.
